I get severe stabbing pains on the last few hours before my period. They last about five minutes. I have fibroids and a retroverted uterus so maybe it's connected. My gynaecologist team here in Northern UK are very unhelpful and not very well informed.

that me dear and i was taken to public hospital and i was not attended till the pain vanish and my tummy was bloated for about an hour
