while I was sitting and talking with my boyfriends parents friends I got this awfully pain in my uterus, the pain was VERY SHARP, it kinda felt like my normal endo pain !! But then It suddenly got sharper and it had felt like something had popped, I was basically paralyzed by the pain for about 45 seconds to a minute and held my breath because even breathing increased the sharp pain... I get severe stabbing pains on the last few hours before my period. They last about five minutes. I have fibroids and a retroverted uterus so maybe it's connected. My gynaecologist team here in Northern UK are very unhelpful and not very well informed.

that me dear and i was taken to public hospital and i was not attended till the pain vanish and my tummy was bloated for about an hour
