Period after D and C

I recently had a D and C for dysfunctional bleeding. I was curious how long it took to get a period after?

I bled for about 3 days after then stopped then spotted a week after that for about 4 days.

Ive had 3. Once i got my period right away and i have had one where it took 3 months to get one. Just depends on how well they cleaned u out
