Hi everyone! I stumbled upon this page when looking for some support groups for woman who suffer from endo. I am sure we can all relate to the rollercoaster of emotions and the journey we all experience.
Lately my pain has been getting increasingly strong. What do you guys do when you are having flare ups?

Eat anti inflammatory food it helps alot when changing your diet. I take CBD for pain, heat pads, ginger tea. Also been taking endovan supplements heard nothing but good reviews. Hope this helps take care ✊🏻

Heating pad, omega 3, turmeric, Advil.. my favorite pjs and a happy movie. Trying to eat well and exercise as well (even light yoga for endometriosis) when I'm in pain sounds counter-intiutive, but it helps tons. I meditate like crazy too when I'm feeling sad or in pain.

That, and as strange as it sounds but envisioning myself as a healthy, vibrant person who is pain-free. It helps put me in the mindset that things will get better.

I take paracementol. I have tried a heat pad at night in the past. Hope you can find something that works too!

Hello! I totally can relate! A heating pad usually helps me with the pain and Advil or Tylenol. I hope you are able to find some relief!
