Hi everyone
So I had my second lap scope last Friday, they found severe endo everywhere they also found rectovaginal endometriosis has anyone ever been diagnosed with that? Experience was not nice at all, I went down hill in recovery as was in severe pain n drugs were working, so ended up in ICU for 3 days and then to ward for 3.nights, I. Am so all over theplace with emotions,

So if it.was severe both surgeries does that mean it will reoccur?

It will not always regrow if it is excised.

If not, the endo will always regrow with your cycle

Are you taking anything to avoid menstruation between surgeries? Visanne / Maxim?

Depends how it was surgicallying handled. If the surgeon ablated it, there's a high chance of recurrence bc they're only taking off the surface lesion. This will provide temporary relief. If the surgeon excised it, you will have a low chance of recurrence. Make sure you are receiving excision. If not, please see a specialist.
