I was diagnosed with endometriosis in January 2016 after undergoing a larapscopy. I was told very little following the surgery about how much was found and where other they had removed it from my right ovary which was double the size of my left one. It is the depo provera birth control shot. For me when I was on it prior to my hysterectomy I didn't get any periods. It wasn't suggested to me as a long term fix just for short term. I'm back on it now sort of as a trial to see if it helps with the pains.

I have appointment with gyno tomorrow and can go through any options with him then.
You mentioned earlier about a depo shot,What is this? I heard it a few times on here. I am in uk so it might be called something else here x

I hope it gets better for you also!! Feel better soon! That's one thing after having a hysterectomy no more periods but still having my ovaries now I'm afraid if I'm not on some kind of birth control I will still have the pain anyway.
