I get the dark brown blood (usually with a weird smell) also but mine comes as my cycle is going off. I also have stage 4 endo. As they stated, it's old blood.

Dark or brown blood is usually not with ovulation.

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member Thanks so much for your reply! The more research I do I see its perfectly normal. It's just new to me. I was diagnosed in 2009 and this is just the new "normal" for me. Lol I heard sex helps but I'm so uncomfortable and bleed so hard I don't know if I could! Great advice! Thanks again!

Thanks so much @calmquial I just noticed that it's happening every period now. Kinda scary. I will try the no dairy and see if that helps! Unfortunately with stage 4 endo I find out something new every day! Lol. So glad I have a place that I can ask these questions without being judged! Thanks again!
