Yes there is. I had my first child almost 8 months ago at 37. Everyone's different. There are some women who have terrible endo and don't have pain, have 5 kids and only found out they have it when undergoing another procedure. There are others who don't have as many implants and adhesions that are in terrible pain and yet others that have scarring in their fallopian tubes and end up having ectopic pregnancies annd any number of other varieties. I know this because doctors have told me this so it's quite possible that you can. Don't give up.

My best friends mother struggled for years with horrible pains and endo but still managed 2 children naturally. Never say never
