I am currently taking progesterone pills to keep my endometriosis under control but I won't be covered under my parents medical plan for much longer and I can't afford to pay full price for it. Is anyone successfully using diet/exercise or other methods to manage it?

Are you talking about Visanne? In Australia we have that and a drug called Dienogest which is also 2mg a capsule but half the price. Here you need to ask for the non lactose low allergy version of Visanne to get a prescription. Might be worth asking your dr if he/she knows of it?

Hi Sarah, I find a gluten free diet helps with inflammation, bloating, general IBS symptoms and swimming helps ease cramps. I am also trying to quit sugar which has reduced my bloating.
