My periods are less painful now due to birth control and pain medication, but my symptoms are steadily coming back. I am severely bloated and/or in some kind of pain/discomfort most days of the month. Have you found that laproscopic surgery helps with endobelly? What interventions, besides dieting, help with he bloating? I'm so uncomfortable and crampy!
