Tramadol if they will prescribe it. I ended up getting a prescription when I had to go to the ER for my pain :/

I use ibuprofen, most heat pack and a tens unit.. I know I probably take too many all of us do the meds are taking care of the problem wish there was something other then a hysto.

For my I call mild pain days I use tramadol, naproxen, paracetamol, and amitriptline to help me sleep, but on the bad days I have no choice but to go to a&e as my doctors won't prescribe me morphine even though I've begged them be carful with tramadol as it can be addictive

I'm allergic to ibuprofen

I have to say the magnesium chloride bath was great (not to be confused with magnesium sulfate aka Epsom salts) my body feels better and my mood was dramatically better after and I slept really well. I will be doing that daily for a while.
