Do you know what the sizes of your cysts are? I hope this isn't the case, but I wonder if you could have ovarian torsion (twisted ovary). I had that due to a 10 cm cyst; the pain was horrible and morphine didn't do anything for it. I was vomiting as well for the first 12 hours or so. The ER doctors actually missed the diagnosis, treated me like I was crazy, and sent me home (jackasses). If this hasn't already been resolved, I would recommend going to the ER, letting them know you have ovarian cysts, and that you are experiencing symptoms of torsion. You will need and a transvaginal ultrasound-- CTs and other types of scans often miss this (as in my case); ultrasound is the gold standard. Demand it if you have to; this is a medical emergency and can lead to ovary death and, in turn, infection. I hope this is already resolved and that everything is ok and I don't mean to scare you, but I had no idea this existed when it happened to me.

Also, are you able to switch doctors? Your doctor sounds horrible :( I hope everything is ok and that you feel better soon <3

Omg that's awful but I'm so with you mine told me last week I'm on the highest tablets they can give me which are the same as you and to basically get on with it. I'm at a loss as to what to do as it seems that you get nowhere fast when you have endo. I hope you get it sorted hun sending massive hugs xx

Tell her it's not in your head it's in your pelvis and you want it investigated further you have no quality off life and it's affecting your mental health also if that doesn't work I would be changing doctors x
