there is nothing at all i can do the first day of my period. i´m on morphine and all i want to do is just stay in bed for 2-3 days. I miss school on a regular basis. it´s horrible and i wish people had more understanding for the condition.

It's very hard and there are times I have to call in sick Because of the pain. I'm generally behind work my paperwork because I'm exhausted from my visits I lose concentration I have a great manager at the moment but she is leaving soon. I had to turn down an amazing job opportunity partly due to it yesterday as well.
Hellen73 has the same ideas as me grin and bear it. Most people at work don't even know when I'm having a bad day and don't understand when I say I feel ill I'm not talking the sniffles.

I run an online business from home all commission based but not hard selling just sharing the love of make up products and it really does work

It's extremely difficult to be honest. I've missed a lot of work over it. and even back in highschool, I missed a bunch. I just explained to my boss (prior to diagnosis) how bad the pains were. and thankfully, she understood because she had painful cycles too. Sometimes it's bearable, but majority of the time it's not. I always keep a bottle of excedrin, papmrin, or 800mg ibuprofen. they don't stop the pain but they dull it occasionally. Just gotta keep fighting through it

Yes it's very difficult being in the Mental health it requires a lot of physical activity and now I'm between jobs but I said now I will be letting the employer know of my condition before hand and go from there. According to the disability world. Endometriosis isn't a disability because we can get treatment for it... Lol what a joke!! It's like us Endo Fighters can't get help anywhere! Well I'm fighting to the very end 💛💪
