Sex
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I can only have sex about once every so hours because after it would feel like alcohol in an open wound. And my boyfriend... enjoys himself a little to fast the first time around. I got a pain numbing ointment so I don't feel the pain and can enjoy sex (lidocaine; it must be prescribed knowing it's going inside of you over the counter lidocaine is for external use only and will not be good ) so how do I make the first time last longer so I get to enjoy it sometimes too

You could try something like a c***ring for your partner, as these are thought to slow him down a bit. However they can also make him a bit bigger because it essentially swells up, so if you are anything like me that may be a drawback! You can also get condoms/lotions with a small amount of numbing cream which can slow him down a bit. On the other side of it, you can work on it kind of "naturally" so when your partner thinks he is about to "get there", stop having sex and change to something else intimate until his urge has gone down slightly. Over time this may help him to control himself (he can also work on that alone, it is called edging). Other than that I'd recommend, if you don't already, tons of foreplay for you in whatever way you like, ie teasing, touching, oral sex. And I mean really take your time, don't be afraid to spend like an hour or more on this. You can integrate pleasure for him too but if you are having painful sex and struggling to orgasm, it's you that's the priority in this time. You may find that you orgasm during foreplay so it isn't as important to you during the actual act of sex, or it may encourage you to orgasm more quickly when you actually have sex so that you match your boyfriend. Also try having a session where you switch positions a lot. Obviously if this goes on too long you may get sore but it will be a fun experience to try some positions you haven't before, and if your boyfriend is on the edge of an orgasm, you can swap again to give him some respite and kind of "come down" a bit so that he can go for longer. Sorry if this is a bit too long and detailed but I hope it helps!:)

My puddin gets in a fo aswell. And i find it sumtimes to be uncomfy when im not in right position. Specially if i have inflammation. It doesnt help with the pain.. now my puddin is a large size man. And sumtimes likes to most of the time his ass dominate. So i dont like to complain dont wanna turn him off. So at first i had left over muscle relaxers. Lol i did tht once. BUUTT. this my process.. when i want a good goid time.

I TAKE A SIT BATH.. relaxes u . Relaxes the spots of tention aswell.
2.I decide which im gonna do first.. oral on him mkes me excited to were i open up more. Im very tense, closed woman
3.if no oral. .then i try for positions tht doesnt pull my area or cause pain.. sumtimes our uterus be tilted closed, open, and more. Do i find my self doing the side position.. i onky can do it on my right tho.. it doesnt hurt or pull.
Try sideways
Him laying dwn on u whike u on stomach .. then u canalso feel where to dogde the pskn spots.
I try on my bac. But it irratates so i hve him take it out, slow down and let me open self before entering again.. WHEN I DO THT. i seem to get better results. I dont feel like pain ,or itratated.. also i use the water based lube. Just because . Onky due to my insides sometomes aint ready. And it be dry. And i prefer to be easy.. but the best thing for a go goer. Is to tell him to pull out. And enter when u gt tht posituon.. then i take over cause i can handle. Or doggy be cool sumtimes he hits all the pain.. or take u sum bob Marley relaxing juice.. smoke a joint.. take a relaxer. Or inflammation pill . Hell ive evem done. Masturbation first. Get the muscles contracting.
