Has anyone experienced a worsening of symptoms after coming off birth control that they previously ever had?

I never had pain so severe that after running, I'm wincing in pain when I walk - even 36 hours after running. I came off of birth control about three weeks ago. I came off of BC because I'm TTC (trying to conceive) soon.

I'm the same as the other ladies! I had barely any symptoms or pain on birth control. Came off and BAM!
I find yoga helps, hot yoga is one of the only cardio workouts I do now x

Yup, I didn't know I had endo until I came off the pill after years. Thankfully I had no trouble conceiving. I feel very lucky. All my babies were early (5 weeks, 3 weeks and 2 weeks) and I think it may have been because of the adenomyosis I also had.
