I've tried eliminating pretty much every food and have come to the conclusion it must be endo related. Had CT scans etc that cant find anything. Anyone else suffer from this. I can literally be standing still and my stomach will expand as if im being blown up like a balloon and it can last for hours or days.

Yes Katrina probiotics really do help. I take 40 billion active cells daily, which is 4 pills of 10 billion active cells in each pill. When I get a flare of severe bloating I take four pills all at once, it does help.

Yes. I have had years of off and on again bloating, pain, and bleeding problems. No scan had caught my endometriosis. It wasn't until my lap that they found it. I also found out I have an enlarged uterus and retroverted. So it was a huge mystery for years.

Thanks Patricia, I'll try that for sure! I'm vegan - as part of the endo battle (I do have some fish from time to time though) so no milk or red meat. I think that has helped a little. I'm gonna try the probiotics thank you for that (and that makes sense as I was recently in Vietnam and took pro biotics most days and didn't have as many problems while I was away!

Yes when I’m in a flare I look 9 months pregnant. I take 4 probiotics at once, and it helps the bloating and pain. It seems to calm my very swollen tummy. On normal days I still take probiotics 40 billion dose. Lavender tea helps with pain, bloating, chamomile tea, green tea. No milk replace it with almond milk, no red meat,
