Has anyone had an endometrioma occur again very shortly after surgery? I am so paranoid, I had surgery 3 months ago and now I have the right sided ovary pain and bloating which led me to find out about my endometrioma. I don't want another one I, so don't want to have to get surgery again and so soon . I hate being paranoid like this. I pray this thing doesn't come back so fast.
I have been going every 5 years to have my surgery done and now I have to go back in and it's only been 2 years
@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I had bloating and pulling strained muscle feel in my right side. It wasnt horribly painful just irritating , the biggest symptom I had was bloating other than that I wouldnt have really known I had an endomoetrioma. I went to the ER because I had got a sudden sharp pain and severe nausea and thats how I found out. But before that just bloating. Also , it took me about 3 months to get back to normal after surgery. I just had my first pain free period but I was on motrin every 8 hours . I had surgery about 3 months ago
What were your symptoms before your last surgery? I am in recovery from my first surgery and in so much pain still. Wondering if something might be coming back. It’s New pain so I am curious how you felt?
Mine has always come back after my surgeries.
As far as bloating what is an everyday normal for me I usually have my surgeries every 5 years but now they are scheduling me one and it's not even been two and a half years.
I have learned we just have to endure the😞 pain.
