Hey girls, due to my endometriosis and other health obstacles I find myself sometimes lacking the nutrients i need and struggling through days. Wondering what vitamins or supplements you recommend to get you the boost and levels you need to make it through the day.
I also have iron deficiency amenia meaning I can't absorb iron so anything that is high level iron supplement.
