Yes. Going through it right now. Crying all day long, feeling absolutely hopeless about everything. Not sure if its hormonal or if its because i feel so awful right now with no relief that its ruining my life. Spending all day in bed and in pain not able to sleep...so yeah. I'm also wondering how many other women with endo have it this severely.

I understand I'm in the same headspace right now. Trying really hard not to give up pretty much everyday, but we have got to keep going. I hope things start getting better for you soon honey ❤

I have Bipolar and Bpd but Endo makes it worse. At the moment I’m in a foul mood, just had enough and want to give up x

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member Depression came about when my symptoms first appeared! It has been a major obstacle in my Endo journey but having a strong support system and having things that remind you what you love about life are so important! It’s so hard to change your depressed thinking when you’re really down but talking to people can be really helpful! And if you don’t have anyone to talk to writing in a journal or talking about it here can be super helpful! Most important thing is to remember that you are stronger than it all and that strength will get you through!
