Does anyone with endometriosis suffer from aches and pains over the entire body?

I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and I am concerned I may have another autoimmune disease. My labs for my thyroid are normal.

Yes the same here i get aches pain every where some time i take prn med's for those aches!!
