I had a laparoscopy in October, they found it everywhere, but it was worse in my left side. They removed a chocolate cyst from my left ovary and also adhesions. Now, I can feel the same pain but in my right side a lot. It feels like there's a constant dull ache right where my right ovary would be. Could it be endometriosis? Or just scar tissue?

Are you on any hormone treatment that stops your period? If not then it could be endo. But it could also be scar tissue. I would suggest seeing if you can get an ultrasound done. A cyst should show up if it’s big enough. I had the same thing happen. Large endometrioma removed from left ovary with most of my endo on my left. Now I have a complex cyst on my right ovary.

Hi I've been there so, it could be both. I'm dealing with the same problem. I had endo from a young age, had many laps & open wide & now I do have endo behind the bowel & bladder along with adhesions. I had them removed in Aug. 2016 not excision but within 6 months they are back so dr. said no more cutting. All it does is cause scar tissue. I understand what your going through bc it's hell to live in pain. I have no periods so I'm in constant pain unless I'm sleeping or when I first wake up in the morning & then after about 1 hr. the pain starts. I want to wish you the best of luck & hope everything turns out ok. hugs tigreyes
