Stage 2 And Infertility
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Is anyone stage 2 and struggling with infertility? Endometriosis is such a confusing disease.. i know that obviously chances of conceiving are worse off if the endo has affected tubes/ovaries.. but i read a post from another endo sister on another page who is stage 2 and unable to get pregnant simply due to inflammation in the body.. and apparently having endo regardless of the stage, puts us at a lower success rate than the average woman anyways. Anyone have any insight?

@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member haha to men’s diets - I fed mine a LOT of asparagus when we were TTC!! I was paleo for my endo and forced him to eat the same way at least at dinner time so he had a half decent diet (I had no control over all the fast food he ate when I wasn’t around though!). Also I noticed you mention the RH- that’s the negative blood type right? I happen to be A- and managed to conceive rather quickly with no issues so far (I’m just over 15 weeks with my first). Only stipulation of having a negative blood type is that I will need some shot at 28 weeks and again after birth if the baby’s blood type happens to be positive. I have no idea what my husbands blood type is. I also have a retroverted uterus which is reported to make things more difficult as well. The whole laying with your butt propped up and legs up the wall thing totally works as well as achieving orgasm after ejaculation! I did it all! Lol

I know I’m younger (21) but I will be lucky to get preggers due to fibromyalgia, endo ., and having recessive gene of being Rh- (which most of population is RH+ Including the the person I like to have children with). I have recently read eating stuff like DATES is very healthy for ladies trying get pregnant and to have easy labor. There are some healthy options that might help situation if you look up what other people in other countries did for like passed thousands of years. Again I am newer at this and have not achieved a baby yet but doctors tell you natural stuff don’t work but I’m sorry I argue for our species when I say we are organic beings not artificial beings so people with higher ph level in there blood cannot react good to chemical stuff at all . I use cbd oil keep it deactived, natural progesterone cream(to keep pregnancy you need progesterone), dates , hemp milk, goat milk(ancient queens used goat milk a lot). Just trying give you other options, also make sure the father of your future family is all good on his side as well because most men’s diets are not so great. 😄 Lots of love and support your way!💚🦋🌞🌈🌻

I know you’ve read my fertility advice probably a million times by now lol but inflammation can certainly hinder fertility and is easily fixable through diet and supplements. It is definitely harder for us endo sisters to conceive. We can’t just do the deed and expect to get our BFP. It takes a lot of hard work to reduce that inflammation and become as healthy as humanly possible to give ourselves the best possible chances. But it is possible. Hopefully this helps. Good luck!

When I was diagnosed in 2011 I was told my stage was moderate so I assume that was around stage 2. I have now been TTC 13 years. I've tried everything - even the lying dow with your legs up the wall and if you're infertile it doesn't make any difference. My only advice is to keep moving on things, unless you're on a waiting list for surgery which you can't control or you're saving up and can't do anything until you've saved up. Doctors take forever to move onto the next stage, husbands/partners don't always believe how bad things are and if you delay at all (even for the right reasons) you can end up regretting it. My regret is waiting 4 years - my current husband and I were living 40 miles aoart for 4 years while I waited for my son to finish primary school.
