I have just been prescribed lyrica for my chronic pain due to endometriosis and ovarian cysts and I’m not finding it helpful but I have just started taking it. It’s at their point almost making the symptoms worse. I’m just wondering if anyone else has any advice on this.

It helped me so much with my endo! It's a nerve pain medication and what a lot of people don't realize is that endo causes a lot of nerve damage in our pelvic region. It makes our pain receptors overactive and far too sensitive which can impact on our pain levels. For me, my nerve pain was effecting my pelvic floor and made sex and even a pelvic exam impossible. I took 75mg of lyrics for about 4/5 months and it changed everything for me. Keep in mind it takes 3-4 weeks to get into your system so don't expect to see the results straight away. But from my experience I couldn't recommend it enough. I went from almost needing serious pelvic floor PT to having a normal vagina with no pain.
