If you aren’t taking visanne at the exact same minute each day it will lose its effectiveness. I was taking it within a 30 minute window and ended up developing a cyst on my ovary which ruptured because my body tried to ovulate. It worked beautifully when I took it at the exact minute each day though.

I used visanne for 2.5 years. It didn’t touch my cyst pain but worked great on the cyclical pain. Once I had my lap I was relatively pain free and able to function like a normal human being.
