I have one electric heat pad that I picked up a Walmart that i use at home. When I'm at work or want to go out I use the ThermaCare air activated disposable heat pads (also found at Walmart or Walgreens), they work wonders and they are very discreet, they have an adhesive that sticks to your underwear and stay in place, works up to 16 hours. I also use a Tens device which also helps especially for days that sciatic pain occurs as well.

Same! I love a heating pad but I’m always replacing mine. I’ve actually thought about making like a microwaveable rice sock thingy. But they done ever seem to stay warm long enough for my needs. 😕
