Yes I heard some new things about nerve blocks.Yes I can understand you been leery.I was just letting you know that everbody cannot have the "worlds best endo specialist" Which I am sure has some cons to it like super long waits,costs and I am for sure been treated as cattle plus the on ocasion mess up I am sure.But I think there are some great regular Dr's also.Autually I just went to a endocrinologist,like you I looked at the reviews and I was like man an hour away I bet she sucks.But in a instance I knew I was not going to mind the ride after all.She listened more than she spoke and she didn't just hand me a handful of meds.She ran bloodwork then we are going to start what I need and do it slowly.We are going to email back and forth on how it goes so I don't half to ride back and forth to get it right.Sorry for the long post.I just don't want you to get discouraged before you see

I had a "regular gyn" both my laps.My last one did excision.My first one lasted 8 or 9 years.I love my Dr.she is great.She answers my messages personally.We even discuss some of my other medical issues and she will research and take the time to tell me what she thinks.I looked at the Dr.you mentioned and he seems to be well liked and obviously respected if your Dr.recommended.I would not just knock him until you see how it goes.

Medications that cause your blood to clot. For the ITP there isn't really any treatment. They just watch my platelet levels closely and if they get too low then I have to have transfusions. My hematologist also let me know that if it gets too bad and even transfusions don't bring my platelet levels back up that I may need to have a splenectomy.
