I wanted to chime in here because I have struggled with both endo and infertility and there are things I wish I had known before that could have helped me. There are certain speicific problems with endo that can cause you not to get pregnant and that they can check for. I would go to a Creighton Fertility Care Doctor. The nice thing about these doctors unlike other fertility specialists is they will not sell or push you into IVF right away. The Creighton/Napro doctor can run a hysteroscopy/HSG (in office or at a hospital under anesthesia) to find out if the fallopian tubes are affected by adhesions from endo. They can remove adhesions. They can also take a good look at your uterus and see what the endo has done to see how easy or difficult it will be to conceive. The other thing they can do is run blood work if you track your cycle to see how your ovaries are being affected. If they think you ovaries are fine and you don't plan on getting pregnant for a whole I might think about freezing your eggs. That's muc less expensive then egg donor. If you don't care about using your genetic material then embryo donor programs are a good option but there are long waiting lists. It's good to get that stuff checked out if you can afford to. Creighton practiioners are usually more affordable then other fertility specialists. It's just good to get ahead of it if you can.
