What Kind Of Doctors?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question đź’

I usually go to an Obgyn doc, who specializes in Urogynecology and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery. He isn't very convenient to go to, unless I need surgery or it is for my yearly pap. He also doesn't like prescribing medicine other than birth control. Can a regular primary meet my needs? I've tried pain management, but they seem to just put me on NSAIDS, when I can't take those because of gastritis. I just feel like I'm constantly in pain and no doctor wants to take it seriously.

Check out nancy's nook on facebook. They have a directory of the best doctors and why it is extremely important to have a doctor who really knows what they're doing.

I can relate. My stomach is very sensitive but I take NSAIDS anyway. Sometimes I wonder how nerve blockers would work for us. I don’t know the relation to endo with nerve blockers?
