How are you doing now? Please do more research online, as I have read articles stating endometriosis spots can be white, red, black, or brown in color. Also, the "Gold Standard" for treating Endometriosis is dissecting, or cuttting out, the spots, not burning (cauterizing) them. The spots are more likely to be permanently removed by cutting them out, as this removes the root of the Endo spots. Burning the spots only usually removes the surface.

I would encourage you to job & research on Nancy's Nook for Endometriosis Education on Facebook. Nancy is a former nurse with many years of expertise in Endo, & she has compiled a list of international vetted doctors & surgeons who treat Endo.

Hoping you are doing well & wishing the best for you!

I have adenomyosis I’m 25 i was diagnosed with a laparoscopy back in 2020 and yes I get the exact same thing you have described the pain in the middle and lower belly which spreads to my upper and lower back I’m not sure if yours also goes into your shoulders? I get that to and it’s every single day without fail as much as I googled I could never see anything about these symptoms I really started to feel I was losing the plot
