Had a hysterectomy. Still getting period like cramps and bleeding(sometimes). What could it be? My "lady" doctor blows it off to a bladder infection

Do you still have your ovaries? Is that why you have period.cramps and bleeding? If not, then how are you cramping and bleeding? Hope you feel better

I also had my junk taken out and get all the symptoms I had before but I don't bleed today im having a real bad day
