I have IBS and endo - no endo showed on my bowels thankfully and I find a huge difference taking pro biotics every day and also cutting gluten out of my diet. I don't even want gluten anymore - even my periods were a lot worse when I ate it

Have you looked into bowel endo? I thought I had IBS and was diagnosed with it after colonoscopy. But IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion, so that just means no other disease was found to explain the symptoms. My endo surgery showed endo all over my bowels. :(
