Yeah my doctor had me continue my pill normally. I ended up just letting myself have a period this week since it was almost time anyway. I started a new pack yesterday and will go for my post op follow up on Thursday and hopefully have some better answers about future cycles and pills. This period was brutal.

I am just out of my surgery 2 days ago. And i have the same question as you do. so you continued your BC pill after the surgery just like before the surgery?

It's five weeks since my op and just in this last week have started to feel lots better.. hang in there🤗

Are you taking a regular anti inflammatory? Since I have been taking Arcoxia every night it's made everything so much more bearable... I'm just finishing my first period post op but they did put a mirena in too... it's been not as heavy but lots longer..
