So I was recently officially diagnosed with stage 1 endo with severe symptoms but I also had symptoms that were unrelated to endo when I first noticing my endo. I finally got some answers yesterday when I saw a vulvar specialist for the first time. He highly believes that I have provoked vestibulitis and we are in the beginning tests/stages of figuring out what caused it. Has anyone else experienced this? What were the causes for you? It did help. I use it every night before bed, and then an extra bit before sex and it helped it hurt less. I highly recommend it!

I used a topical valium cream on the vulva and vagina and it helps relax everything and takes the edge off. Might be an option for you

If you don't mind my asking, did using the valium cream help it enough to be sexually active? My gyno prescribed me some lidocaine to try before I saw this specialist and at first, it took the edge off for me to have sex but now it just doesn't do enough for me.
