Anyone else on here have low vitamin d? And if so suggestions on how to boost it.

I take a vitamin D supplement Daily 2000 units.

If your vitamin D level that low, your doctor should prescribe 50,000 IU to be taken once a week for four weeks qnd then a Vitamin D supplement daily.

But a supplement really they sell them at the pharmacy or any health food shop xx
