Does anybody have advice for fatigue? Ive been too tired and in pain to get work done but its really important that I do

I was the same way and it turned out i was extremely low on vitamin D

Have you had any bloodwork checked recently esp your vitamin levels? Could be a factor in your fatigue symptoms

I just had pre op labs done and my vitamin D is still pretty low and my insulin went up but the doctors not worried about it.
