Any weird things that y’all notice make you cramp? Any foods or other known triggers you’re not sure happens to anyone else?

For example, if I’m sitting down almost every time I go to stand up I get mild (sometimes moderate) cramps. Just enough to know they’re there and to hurt. Also I notice a lot of times immediately after waking up i get mild cramping. Also those instances happen more frequently around my period but happen month long for the most part.

I often get severe pain in my pelvis when I sneeze, like something is being ripped in my abdomen. Other than that, I don't notice anything else that triggers the pain. It just does what it wants. A few months ago it was only around my period, but now it is nearly every day. I also have the rib pain, as tamarynprinsloo said. Also not sure if it is endo related. But also as she said, I wonder if all of my symptoms are endo related.

Hi. Yes. I have the same issue. A week after my period stop i have this pain in my belly ribs and naval. I even get it if i drink something. Its now constant 2 weeks i am waking up with ita and it never goes away during the day. I just take painkillers if it gets intens. But i am nit sure if it linked to your ovaries or endo. Sometimes i think all of it is linked to endo. Hug💕
