Staging can only be done through a laparoscopy. Though it should be said that the stage of the disease says very little about how much endometriosis will affect your life. Lower stage disease can cause just as much pain as higher stage disease. Endo belly is when you are bloated because of the endometriosis. I don't really know how to help endo belly at all but maybe some others have suggestions!
