If you haven't joined Nancy's Nook group on Facebook, many of the members here highly advise it. I'm part of it also, but I don't use it just a ton. She puts a lot of endo-related articles and such on it, and there's also a document stating "Nook-approved" doctors. The doctors are ones that typically do excision surgery, which is what most say is the gold standard for endo treatment. I know it's not just super helpful, but could be a start in your search!
