Hey, first off i just want to say im so sorry youre in such distress and pain and im praying for you to find relief and a doctor who will listen. Your symptoms, unfortunately are common. Endometriosis is the devil and it causes every kind of symptom you can imagine. From nausea and dizziness to severe pain and diarrhea. I think visanne is a good drug to be on to help control it. But you need to get the diseased excised(removed) for the visanne to help. The disease is like a tumor almost.. it can develop anywhere in your abdominal cavity and can create symptoms your experiencing. Do you have an endometriosis specialist near you? If you dont know do some research. Im from canada and had to travel to california to meet dr.cook who is the worlds expert on endometriosis. Gynocologists and general doctors do NOT know enough about this disease and regularly worsen things then make them better. So im sorry to tell you this but you need laparascopic surgery to diagnose and excise(remove) the endometriosis to get rid of the disease and then use hormonal drugs like visanne to keep it from coming back so quickly.
