Has anyone had blood in their bowels? Did you end up having surgery from bowels being tied to uterus or just taking Orlissa?

Most of the blood in my stool has been from hemorrhoids. I had that issue long before I had endometriosis symptoms. In my first laparoscopy, I didn't have endometriosis on my bowels, but I do now.
