I have clots an inch in diameter, or larger. I find myself vomiting from the pain. I've seen over 25 doctors, all of which said I was making it up, lying to get high off drugs, saying my pain wasn't in my uterus, etc., etc.. I had one external ultrasound done and they said everything was the normal size. Nothing… read more

Sounds like you've been through so much. I'm sorry doctors don't validate and treat your pain. A gyn prescribed me tranexamic acid for my breakthrough bleeding in the past. It's supposed to stop heavy flows. I ended up not taking it since I did not need it in the end. But it may help you ? I don't know if you can get it over the counter. Otherwise, I'm not fond of birth control pills but I take mine with no placebo pills so as to completely stop my period. Taking the pill could help you get less long and more regular periods (or no period at all). Either way I'd get another opinion, maybe from an endometriosis specialist.
Having your period for so long is worrying, so I hope you can finally get answers and relief.

I don't think that exists in my province, I've been doing research and the closest thing I can find is physiotherapy. Would physiotherapy help stop my period?
