Hi, yes this has been happening to me a lot for the past few months, I’m now on stage 4 endometriosis and I spot atleast a week before my periods and I spot when I’m ovulating. Do mention it to your doctor.

Should I be afraid of heart disease, bone loss, mood swings (already have anxiety and ocd) plus weight gain and hot flashes? Eek! It sounds terrifying to give up one set of symptoms for a million others. My doctor doesnt agree with hrt after.

My spotting was from fibroids. I had a hysterectomy for this. They kept my ovaries then but now want to remove them because of bowel endo.
