Hi i am trying to conceive too. I started taking vitamins to help cycle around 3 months before and took metformin to get regular. I have PCOS also and this helped. Have not conceived yet but am regular. I also do acupuncture. Maybe ask doctor about metformin

I was on visanne a year after I had my daughter. I was on it for a few years and it slowly stopped working for me. So I went off of it. I started getting my period back around 2 months after I stopped taking it. But had a lot of side effects. Swelling. Nausea that never really went away and I always thought I was pregnant. Unfortunately that was not the case. I’ve been off of the visanne now for a year and a bit and me and my hubby are still not successful with getting pregnant. My endo actually got so bad to the point that I was constantly back in the hospital on a monthly basis. It was really hard because I wanted another baby so badly but I was in so much pain that I couldn’t function for my daughter I already have. So I went to a fertility specialist. He told me to get back into the visanne to get my endo pain under control first. And then said I could do ivf. If you go off the visanne for 1 month then do ivf apparently success rates are great. I know this doesn’t help much. But if your still having trouble conceiving after a few months I would honestly look into seeing someone. When they first put me on the visanne I had asked if it would make me have fertility issues in the future. I was told no. But I’m not sure I believe that. I’ve heard so many people having issues afterwards and it being so much more challenging. I really hope you have some success. Good luck 💕
