Do you mean nausea or a sensation the room is spinning? I only have nausea. Big fan of ginger ale, ginger beer and ginger candies. Also lemon ginger tea. Promethazine from my doc when it’s bad.

I drink ginger tea to help with nausea and, when it is really bad, take some anti-nausea medication. I have also tried eating ginger pieces too.

Me too. The forcing myself to eat through the morning nausea sucks!!

Hmm, I would mention that to your doctor. Could be dehydration, vertigo or many other things. Worth getting it checked out though. I hope you feel better.

Thanks for your recommendations! I'll give those a try, its mostly feeling like I'm going to upchuck every. It feels like my head is disjointed from my body so my body is still but my head feels like its moving (almost spinning)
