It's hard but u will get there try regular pain relief around the time your ovulating and hot baths that's what helped me. Best of luck x

Yes!! My ovulation pain is way worse then actually being on my period

I’m at my worst when ovulating. My period is almost breeze compared to when I’m ovulating. Endo is the strange storm thing.

Yes my ovulation pain is so bad, but I have just discovered I have a 7cm ovarian cyst - not fun
