Hi... I have not been 100% diagnosed because my doctor doesn't want to do a laparoscopy until I am trying to get pregnant. My mom and grandmother both have endo so my odds are high. I had endo pain pretty bad for a few months, then it just stopped. Now it's at random times and the pain lasts minutes to days. I never know. I'm noticing these last three months I get endo pain the day after my period. Which is the week you normally ovulate. Sex is also excruciatingly painful. Those are my most common symptoms. And I haven't been diagnosed either.
If you have normal periods I'd suggest you probably don't need to consider endo... my endo symptoms meant that sex was painful, periods were awful, hadn't had a normal bowel movement in 6 years, lose horrid old blood before my period, and extreme lower abdominal pain - if you're only issue is bloating then I would consider you to be extremely lucky
