Hi Abby, i never had iud so wouldn't know i was on conception pill and came off it for two years so me my husband culd try for a family but that will never happen now because my endomerosis was too serve that i had four surgeries, amd because off serve case off endo i had bit off my bowels, liver, kidneys, removes and had to remove my good ovaries because endo, i had to have hysterecomy.

Mine came either that same night or the next morning, I can’t quite remember. After that first period it was a bit longer than normal before I got my next one, maybe 40 days, but then it went back to normal. Everybody is different though, so it might not be the same for you!
