Has anyone done a magnesium citrate bowel prep?

I am curious to hear about people’s experiences with magnesium citrate as a bowel prep before laparoscopic surgery. I have to do this the day before my surgery and I am pretty anxious about it. Any tips on how to make the process go smoother? Open to any recommendations!
