I have an endometrioma thats 4.7cm on my left ovary Thats still painful despite being on orilissa, i also have two complex cysts on my right ovary. I cant figure out which surgery is used for what

It depends, but I had 10-13 cm cyst and they still did laparascopic on it. I am having my 3rd laparascopic surgery next Wednesday because they saw another weird cyst on my last ultrasound.

The cyst actually resolved on it's own, but he still wants to go in and get a look at the endo and see what's going on. Good luck with yours as well!
