So i have this ovarian cyst. It's been giving me hell for a while now. And im not sure what can be dome to make me more comfortable. I was told to wait til September for another ultrasound, and to come back to the er once im vomiting and hunched over in pain. But something can be done, no? I hope so, because im lost & confused

If it's not a chocolate cyst then NAC, dong quai supplements, Maca powder, castor oil packs and turmeric all have fairly well documented success with shrinkage. In addition, black seed oil.. Good luck!

Here’s a study where taking the supplement NAC shrunk endometriomas. It’s been one of my favourite supplements for years.
Eating seaweed (or kelp pill supplements) can sometimes help reduce cysts and castor oil packs might help with the pain.
Good day I’m speaking from experience only..that’s how I found out I had endometriosis because of the ovarian cysts she said it was big asa grapefruit 😢the only way was surgery..it was bad they removed the cyst God Bless you and your decisions you’ll have to make 💝
I have no clue. Just said they might be follicular? I dont know what that means.
