I Can't Eat Anymore Without Sever Pain With Endo
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I had a laproacopy ablation 2 years ago because of my endometriosis. Now I am back to wear I was but even worse. I can barley eat. When I do eat I get in the worst massive pain in my lower abdomen in my back on my right side and in the middle of my back I don't know what to do anymore I have state insurance and no one not one of these doctors here in Washington State are good with endometrial care. I'm so sorry. Ablation is the worst thing doctors can do, but sadly it's commonly done. I want to clarify; do you mean you looked into the Excision surgeons from Nancy's Nook? I had my second excision surgery with Dr. Mosbrucker and she was amazing. She's got a new surgeon she's hired now and I've heard good things about her too. I honestly don't know if they take the WA state insurance, but if you haven't checked her out yet, I'd say do so.

And if you don't know what I'm talking about, Nancy's Nook on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/NancysNookEndoEd/) is a good resource. Lots of articles and a list of excision surgeons.

The eating is hard, often because of endo on or near the bowels. I had it near my bowels and everything is much better since my excision surgeries. I hope we can find something to help you.

I’ll leave a resource list I made of stuff about endo I've found helpful over the years. Other users have said it helped too. It covers things from endo basics to excision surgery to diet and wellness. Also, I try to update it but it doesn’t always save changes, so I put updates in the comments. Other users have shared links there too, so check those out. Let me know if I can do anything. Happy to help however I can.

Good point, @A MyEndometriosisTeam Member. Your comment made me remember; Nancy's Nook has a bunch of resources on how to appeal to insurance companies to do just that. It's a headache and not always successful, because insurance companies are evil, but worth looking at the resources and giving it a shot.

Big hugs, i am so sorry you have to deal with garbage insurance and a lack of doctors. Is there a way you can talk to them for an out of network referral?
